First opportunity to enjoy local Denny's since pandemic. Had always had good experiences in the past, even many great ones. They have the new guidelines in place and are still friendly and offer great burgers. Had missed that. Very pleased in the ease of ordering...to the prompt pick-up with any alterations noted on the receipt. Looking forward to returning, soon, and when we're able to dine inside again. Service was casual, friendly, and efficient. The food was a cross between fast food and nice dining, and the price was reflective of that as it was not too expensive either. For me I felt the food was a little salty and greasy; and that...was having a meal and requesting no gravy. Probably not inclined to go again.More
Stopped in between lunch and dinner on the weekend. Waitress was prompt and cordial and friendly with the little ones. They didn't have a few choices that were listed on the menu which was disappointing. They don't offer a choice of how you want your...meat cooked. The order sat under the heat lamp so long the buns were hard and the plates were too hot to touch. Why does the plate need to be hot if the food is served right off the grill? We were in for lunch. Not many diners, maybe that was a hint we missed! Maybe 5 tables. Took a long time to get our food, it was good, no complaints there. The lemonade was colored water but was replaced. The waitress was pleasant enough...when she was at the table but was inattentive and had us waiting for boxes and the check. I order usually one item at a Dennys....Moons over My Hammy. Every other location has produced a dish that looks like the one portrayed on the menu. Fluffy scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. Typically, I go to pick up the sandwich and the scrambled...eggs tend to fall out. The eggs on this sandwiched appeared flat and minimal along with a minimal amount of ham. The manager said it was made according to their standards but it was no where near what I have been served in the past.More
Very friendly staff during our visit. The food was typical Denny's and was delivered promptly and was hot when it arrived.
Cameron Stewart is by far the most unprofessional, sociopathic power happy manager I've ever witnessed in my life. I had a remake on an omelet because the first time they put peppers on it, I called ahead to ordered (biggest mistake of my life) and...told the very young, inexperienced server that I had a "remake" and proceeded with the order and she said ok, and then gave me a total?! I knew then this was going to be a real hoot!.. I shouldn't have had a total?! I said T-W-I-C-E ((RE-MAKE)) I go in 20 minutes later to get my food and it's sitting at the counter, meanwhile the manager is sitting in the meeting room giving interviews.. the young brunette asked me to wait until he was done I said I can't, I'm sorry I'm on a lunch break and I don't really enjoy cold food. And she said well, he's the only one than can do this order and I explained to her that's why I gave you full information on the phone! She rolled her eyes and cashed other people out.. a few more minutes go by and yes I was a little more impatient and why wouldn't I be?! I was already inconvenienced to go back and have it "re-made" to begin with?! I said can I please have my food please, in a min I'm not even going to want it, it's eggs, their gross cold! She then said.. Listen I'm only 17 years old! I just got out of school" I'm like wow... you should really be proud of yourself talking to someone like that.. I can tell you're 17! You have a lot to learn still!! The manager finally after several minutes walked out of the interview and straight in the office and then walked up to me asked if their was an issue the 17 year old brunette said I was insulting her?! Never-mind the fact she can roll her eyes to a customer and argue with them! Just because you're fresh out of school and still a kid does not excuse that kind of behavior to someone who's spent good money in their!!! He then grabbed the remake food I already had coming to me and said "I'm not giving you this you can leave the store now" This right here without even hearing my side is who you have running a restaurant! The Facebook post I believe he took down but I will not stay silenced about this!! I have been treated by total strangers better than him!! No coming out and apologizing for me waiting and being inconvenienced yet again!! He just walks out and starts acting like a bully! No wonder you guys are failing health inspections and a 3 star restaurant it all falls on poor management and in reality he knew I'd been waiting forever and he knew the food was cold so he took the weak, easy way out and just said the hell with it! I'm currently waiting on Fred to call me. And I'm reaching out beyond that, Cameron seems to think he has this in the bag and laughed as I've been calling trying to get corporate but I will not stop until I reach the owners. He needs serious help with how to address people and sadly if the 17 year old had any kind of common sense or proper training this could have been avoided at all cost. The staff is ruthless and takes no accountability. I'd like a full refund, they can keep the food or don't be right anyway or the manger will just come out and argue with you. Until he's dealt with and something severely gets done about this this review will remain right here.More
I had a Cob salad which was fresh and good. The service was prompt and friendly. I was very satisfied.
It's hit or miss at this Denny's sometimes the meals are good, other times not the best. Wait staff is friendly and you are always greeted at the door. Services is sometimes slow, depending on the day and time.
I like dining here. Good food and good service. I love their nachos and their steak is really good for a family restaurant.
