Cheeseburger hot, fries with cheese, chocolate milk. Always a good spot for quick lunch or dinner with friends or by yourself. Good fish and ice cream opens later in the season there.

Rudy's is an amazing diner right on the shore of Lake Ontario. They've got a large selection of items from fish to burgers and hot dogs and everything tastes great! Make sure to bring cash and check if they are open (it is not year round, but usually opens in the spring depending on the weather)

We love going to Rudy' s but it is all cash, so be sure to bring cash with you or pay a $4 surcharge for the atm that is right next door. Beyond the cash only aspect it is a great experience. The food is always good and normally fast. The outdoor seating is enjoyable also and tops off the... More

Rudy's is an institution in Oswego. We like to go there for fast , delicious food: from connie( special local sausage), to fish, and from fried clams to delicious soup you never go wrong eating here or doing take out.

Oswego is my husband's home town. Rudy's is the place we must go to every visit. Fish sandwich is the family's all time fave!! It hangs off the bun 2 inches each side! Yummy!! Not the place for health food, but its worth the calories and fat!!!! Rudy's is an Oswego landmark. The lake view is awesome.

A drive through Oswego from about May through October requires a stop at Rudy's. This place is also known as "the loop" to locals. People come from all over to sample their food and enjoy the view. It's right on the lake and serves yummy fish of all kinds (fried everything!). The atmosphere is everything: quick service in a hopping... More

You need to be in the mood for Rudys! Its usually a wait...cramped and takes a bit on a busy night but I love it. So nice to sit outside with beer and some friend food...yum. Never have had a bad meal....service is with a smile.

The fried fish etc is average or maybe a little above average. I tried the Texas hot sauce which is very greasy and was not hot at all. Hamburgers and Hot dogs are ok, most people get the Texas hot sauce on these. If you want something semi healthy look elsewhere. I've tried the tuna steak, and it's horrible. Wish... More
