It was my first time at the Willows. The special was just that, "Special"! Only problem was our server. He seemed to be somewhere else when we needed him. He had an arrogance about him when it came to the Wine...... I will go back but I'm requesting a different server for sure.

great location with wonderful hosts. Very peaceful and relaxing, especially with morning coffee on the dock.

Rack of lamb was excellent. Medium-rare just the way I ordered it. My wife loved her meal. Desserts are to die for. They serve some of the be "Utica Greens" that I ever had. Service was great and prompt. Meal was served with grace and professionalism. I highly recommend.

The Willows is one of Utica's best restaurants. We go there for special occasions. One year we even were seated next to the fire place on Valentine's day. It was cold outside but not at our table. I recommend you consider the daily specials as the chef really pays attention to the dishes. It's a bit pricier than most restaurants... More

The Willows is a very nice, comfortable upscale restaurant located in East Utica. Food, drink, and atmosphere make for a very enjoyable experience. Reservations recommended.

Had reservations for 7:30pm on a Saturday night little bit of a wait. Bar was full and dinning too. Apps were delicious. Their greens by far my favorite. Scallop dish was incredible. Staff was very attentive. We will defiantly be returning!

I moved from the Washington, DC, area to Utica in 2010. Utica is a small city, but there are surprisingly many good food restaurants here. My very favorite is The Willows. It is a chef-owned restaurant and he (Luke) and many of the staff have been together for many years in the restaurant business. Everyone in The Willows takes special... More

A real culinary experience. Outstanding food from the apps to the disert. Every dish was over the top fresh and delicious. Made with much attention to detail. A must go to place in Utica and we have been to many places. You will NOT be disappointed.

Joined family for a pleasant dinner with everyone enjoying their meal. Pork Osso Bucco and Veal Francaise were well done and had good presentation. The bread with honey butter was excellent as were the house salads. My nephew raves about the fillet and says that The Willows is the best restaurant in Utica.

My husband and I have dined here on many occasions and can't think of one thing to complain about. Great service and the menu items and dinner specials will keep you coming back for more. If you are cold, ask for the 2 top near the fireplace this winter!
