We waited 35 to 45 mns to be seated. The staff was friendly but the food was horrible We ordered the sliders for appetizers and that was salty. I ordered the corn soup and the corn was hard (could not eat it) My husband ordered...a steak and it had a disgusting white cheese sauce on top of it, I ordered the salmon and it was burn and super sweet even the mashed potatoes was bad My husband ordered a vanilla milkshake and it came with BACON! Disgusting! Very disappointed with the food but everyone was so friendly and always smiling that we didn't say anything about their horrible food This restaurant it's loud, it's a bar environment Would not recommend this place at all! Especially for couples or a romantic dinnerMore

Just had lunch here today. Love the relaxed vibe and very Covid-19 friendly with well spaced tables. The three dollar beer of the month is always great to try, although my wife did not appreciate the lack of Tanqueray gin... I got the signature tavern...burger which was fantastic. I do miss the spicy burger with the poblano peppers I used to get here. My wife got the club, and she was not overly impressed... she thought the price was a bit high to lack the wow factor. She had a club downstairs at Emeralds that she felt was bigger, better, and cheaper. Again, they took her favorite fish tacos off the menu. For these changes, I grade this place between a 3-4 star. Still decent but pricey for what you get. There are better options at turning stone, it pains me to sayMore

My girlfriend and I have eaten here twice over the course of a year and both times, we were lucky enough to have Jodi as our server. Not only is she ON THE BALL, but she's absolutely delightful to shoot the breeze with if she's...not slammed waiting on other folks! The food is always great, and for the price, you get a healthy portion! The boozy milkshakes just happen to be a delectable bonus! COVID guidelines make it hard to get in towards closing time, but they were gracious enough to accommodate us since we promised we knew what we wanted to order and wouldn't be a pain.More

Great food and service. The adult milkshakes were amazing. Food was plentiful and the server was knowledgeable. Would recommend and will return.

Great spot for a late night hang out. Good servers, French cocktails and drinks plus great snacks. The milkshakes are a must.

On the last night of our 35th anniversary trip we decided to go up to The Upstate Tavern for some food to take back to our suite at The Lodge. We sat at the bar while waiting for our food where they have removed some...bar stools for social distancing. The food was still hot when we got back to our suite and it was delicious. We both got some comfort food and the staff put everything we needed in the bag. Plastic forks and knives, salt and pepper, ketchup and plenty of napkins. They thought of everything. 5 stars!!More

The Upstate Tavern inside the resort is a great place to eat, drink and watch sporting events on TV with family and friends. They have a very nice menu and is just upstairs from the sports betting area. The wait staff is friendly, attentive and...helpful.More

Stopped in while we were driving up to check out the venues - tried their sweet potato hummus, a specialty salad and the chicken sandwich. The service was pretty fast and friendly and the food was pretty good. Would recommend if you want a beer...and relax without any casino noise.More

Upstate is always my first choice when I think of where I want to dine when at Turningstone. Last night we visited around 630pm or so. It was getting busy but we had put our name in and after about 20 minutes we were seated....Others in my party allready had a drink but I held off to order a drink no longer on the menu, the Beast of Bourbon. We also ordered the fry bread at the same time. Fry bread came out first and was spectacular, honestly my most favorite appetizer period. Shortly after our appetizer arrived my drink came from the bar. Huge disappointment here. Usually a great drink, tonight too much juice to ginger beer and burbon ratio. My friend also ordered one a little later and it was the same . For dinner we ordered the pot roast. I am super picky about fat on meat and I am usually able to eat every single scrap of meat in this dish usually falls apart and melts in your mouth. I actually had to cut piece of gelatinous fat off, and the next piece required a knife to cut. I put a piece in my mouth and if I wasnt in a restraunt I would have spit it out immediately. So firstly and fatty I could hardly choke it down. The waitress came back and asked how everything was and our other friends also had pot roast same problem fatty, tough. She asked us both if we wanted new ones I didnt at that point, that first mouthful just turned me off, so I picked through remaining meat on plate. Our friends got another one, same result, maybe a little better but still not how I remember it. I had this issue one other time I ordered it, it came out fatty n slightly cold, they bought me a different one out and it was better but I didnt order pot roast for a while there. Last ones I had were great so I'm really not sure what problem is. It seems to be hit and miss with the quality. The waitress was ok but not overly attentive, bare minimum support. Hopefully they will monitor the quality a little better because I really love the food and drinks at this place, just dont like rolling the dice and taking a chance on maybe or maybe not getting good food and drinks here. I will probably try one more time hopefully they can live up to what I've come to expect.More
