The service was fine but our meal was way overpriced for what you got I ordered eggplant parm and that's what I got, that's all you get. No salad, no pasta nothing but eggplant. It was tough, dry and said it had ricotta in the...layers, maybe there was but you had to search for it My husband had the chicken franchise. It was moist but not much taste, had to smother it in parmansean cheese. It was on a small amount of linguini that was supposed to be in lemon and wine sauce and that to had no flavorMore

This is the place to go in the casino. Arrived on a Monday night, did not have reservations but were able to seat us anyway. Very friendly service. We had the veal marsala and the rigatoni dish. It was possibly the best veal marsala I’ve...ever had and the rigatoni was also delicious. Also ordered a martini that was unique and tasty. Very nice ambiance, food, and service. Went to another dining option the next night and regretted not just coming back to pino bianco!More

Pino Bianca took our reservation weeks ago and when we arrived for our reservation of 16, they put 14 people in one room and 2 people from our family had to sit in another room- next to a different party. Its very disappointing that our...family drove in for dinner and we couldn’t even celebrate together the appropriate way. The guidelines are inconsistent throughout the casino. You can have 15 people huddled around a gaming table, but no more than 4 people per table at a restaurant. Had we known this in advance, we would’ve made dinner reservations off site. After eating there, we will DEFINITELY go off site next time. The food was NOT GOOD. Calamari was under cooked/barely breaded. Both waitresses told me 2 different ingredients in the meatballs as if they had no idea what kind of meat was used- they were also inedible. Very bad experience and I would NOT recommend.More

Favorite restaurant at Turning Stone!! This trip we sat at the chef’s table and had Kelly as our server. She was amazing! (Not sure if she will see this or not? But thank you for putting up with us - and I still didn’t get...my meatball lol). Scallops were perfect - highly recommend.More

The service was great, the quality of the food was great, the cleanliness was "over the top" (they even wipedown the candle older on the table between guests. They give you a sanitary bag to put your mask in while at your table. The only...complaint was the prices have gone way up. The current prices listed on here are old pricing; Shrimp Cocktail $20, Filet Mignon $40+More

We had looked so forward to our girls night out. We talked about where to eat and decided on Pino Bianco. It was restaurant week. We are not sure if that is what impacted the meal. I chose the short ribs....very big mistake. I brought...home my meal to feed to my dog. The rib meat...a hunk of meat reminded me of childhood days of Mom's overcooked pot roast. Cheap meat...dry. This was one of the restaurant weeks choices. Desert Tiramasu was very nice. My guest at the Christmas party chose Eggplant Parm. No accompany ...just eggplant that was flavorless and tough. We actually received credit on our meal for the Eggplant. I was embarrassed for my guest. Then lets talk about the Antipasto platter. They served peppers that were life threatening "hot" Cheese and meat were good. The other two had just " ok" Lasagna. What the heck happened. Combine that with the usual night that you have at the Turning Stone with no fun at the slots....no meal credits... Come on.....got to think again and get out of town the next time.More

We usually hit the steakhouse when we hit the Lodge, but we've wanted to try Pino's. Tip: make reservations well in advance if you need a specific time. Like the steak house on the 21st floor, very popular... So, our waiter (Brian?) was awesome.... made...great suggestions. She had the Veal Marsala which she raked a 7/10, I had the sausage riggies at their suggestion - I thought they were amazing - I got the medium, but next time I will go HOT. OH - try the Utica Greens! some of the best I've had, ever....More

Our dishes were prepared well and prices reasonably. Wait staff was pleasant and helpful. It is shy of fine dining but has a pleasant ambiance.

We have eaten here a few times and usually have a great meal, but last night was disappointing. I ordered the lobster ravioli and when it arrived, the first 2 raviolis I tried to eat were frozen. I sent it back and asked to have...it heated up. They made me a whole new entree, but by the time it came, my husband was almost done with his meal. For the price of the meal (none of which was discounted for the inconvenience), I expect better. The service was good and our waitress was apologetic, but it was a disappointment.More

Unless some things have changed you would order your own individual dinner. I’m not sure there would be an adjustment in price, but you can ask when making reservations
