Got my sandwiches , and noticed desserts so i got pecan something, and a fresh fruit something....Not sure but everything was delicious. My girl is covid scared. But hopefully i can talk her into going for dinner. She got a Cuban sandwich i got the Dagwood. They were excellent.More

On our twice a year trip from Massachuttes to Ohio we are always looking for a great lunch place. Two years ago we found this gem , and the search is over . Great Burgers with local beef is the hook, but so many other...choices from sandwiches to dinners. Pot roast , steak, chicken pot pie,not to mention some nice haddock dishes. They make a side of Mac and cheese that is nothing short of spectacular. We have never tried the deserts but they look delicious. The decor is just basic table and chairs but who cares the food is wonderful. Our search for a place is over and we now have the start of a traditionMore

Stopped in for a Friday lunch after doing some business at the nearby DMV. Had the special...Beer Battered Haddock. My wife had tha award winning Elvis Burger. Best fish ever. The burger was supreme. Our waiter, Brad was great as well. Definitely a repeat.

Visiting the Erie Canal in Chitttenango Landing and was hungry...our guide (my cousin from LaFayette) suggested we try this place as she had found it delightful! GREAT food, ample portions and good value. Would have loved to try a dessert but had no room!

Small farm to table restaurant with great homemade specialties. They provide the list of local food providers on their menu, so you know where your food is coming from, and who you are helping to support! Friendly, prompt service.

We stopped here for lunch on a Saturday when passing through the area. This is a small place, very informal but the food is all real food prepared with thought and care. Not greasy, processed stuff but real food. The waitress was super sweet and...by the time we left, the place was full and we observed a lot of takeout going out the door. A good stop!More

We went here because we have a card by WCNY and this is a participating restaurant. This little restaurant has excellent food and the service was great. I had the chicken pot pie which was delicious, my husband had the beer battered haddock which was...very good. Portions so generous we brought home half our meals. We will definitely go backMore

This took us about 15 minutes from the interstate, but was well worth the drive. We prefer healthy local restaurants as opposed to chains. The food here was wonderful, very friendly service and delicious desserts. The lemon cake was amazing! My husband and I split...the smoked brisket meal, which was big enough for 2. My mom loved the filet steak dinner. Eat here!!More

I have stopped here a few times. The inside is plain and simple which is okay but the food is good. Great place for fresh foods.

Like to visit new restaurants when out celebrating with a girlfriend so decieded to try Madison Bistro. I had read very good reviews on this restaurant so it was worth the drive from a Dewitt. Everything we tried was delicious. Went for a late lunch...and we were the only table when we arrived. Lunch menu includes a wide variety of entrees, salads and sandwiches. I had the Eggplant Wrap but changed the cheese from goat to feta and added a side salad for an extra dollar. The wrap was delicious and everything was so fresh. The salad was also very fresh and loved the balsamic dressing. My friend had a turkey panini with pest. She also raved about her sandwich. Leave room for dessert. We decieded to split the turtle cake—WOW.....the chocolate cake itself was very fresh but with the caramel, the pecans and the chocolate ganache frosting this was a feast for the eyes and our mouths!! We both enjoyed it so much that we each bought 2 pieces to bring home and share with our families. I can’t wait to bri g my husband to this p,ace as the dinner entrees looked so good!! This restaurant is definitely worth the drive to Wampsville!More
