The food here can go from excellent to average. The salad bar is nice, not extensive but everything is fresh and good. The atmosphere is rustic and fun. Our favorite meal is the London Broil. The Prime Rib is also excellent. We stop here at least once every time we visit the Finger Lakes

Seneca Lodge is extremely casual. Come as you are. They have a good menu with lots of down-home favorites. The night we were there, one of their specials was a meatloaf dinner. The prime rib is excellent. Be advised that the petite cut of prime rib will cover 3/4 of your dinner plate. Alcoholic drinks are also available with dinner... More

Ate here on a Thursday evening. The surroundings are peaceful and clean. Salad bar items were fresh. The blue cheese dressing was thick and rich. Me: lamb chops (3) done to perfection. Tender. Carl: fried chicken (1/2) again, perfectly cooked Bob: fried shrimp(frozen), but he loved each bite Beverly: sea scallops fried. Ate them all. Would definitely go back when... More

This rustic, log cabin style restaurant offers simple, but good food. We had raisin cinnamon French toast with local maple syrup. Yum. Hostess, waitress, owner? Woman was a bit abrupt, but we just ignored it and enjoyed our meal.

The Seneca Lodge Restaurant features nightly specials, a healthy salad bar, and a menu for everyone--including vegetarians and children. The meats are excellent and robust, my friends love the chicken Parmesan, and I also really enjoy the vegetarian pasta dish. Portions are large and they accommodate food allergies and preferences. Even when the restaurant is packed (Sunday brunch here is... More

The history and rustic atmosphere here is great. The staff were all friendly, and the food good to very good. They have things like only raw sugar, soy toast, and steelcut oats to maintain the country feel. No lunch is served. The dinners come with an adequate salad bar. Excellent prime rib is served on Fridays and some other days... More

This restaurant has a reputation as the place that all race teams must eat at when racing at Watkins Glen. We were there on a Thursday night. Place was jammed but seated quite quickly (under 10 mins). Table ordered Fried Calamari - it was tough and cold. I ordered one of the specials - Shrimp with Cheese Tortellini Fra Diavolo... More

Went here after the indycar race in september; place was hoppin and we had a great time. Lots of cool motorsports memorabilia on the walls and fun atmosphere, especially when there are a lot of people in town for a race !
