Theatrical, enjoyable but stupid ending. Gliding on special armchairs, you visit several rooms, each its own “world” with matching floor to ceiling videos. The visuals are mostly gorgeous, the decor and cinematography well made. The food is good to great. Service efficient ( it goes...quite fast). You are given tokens to cover drinks or liquors at the bar at the very end. You are in a good mood, ready to pay digitally a tip that has been expressly requested ( the price of the dinner/ride/show is quite expensive, management could include service), you read a very extensive cocktail menu and make a selection to be told that everything you have chosen is not covered by the tokens. WTF???? Give a menu of covered items only, increase the ( already high price) or state that drinks at the bar are not included. You end the evening with a poor impression. This was more of an expensive ride than a fine dining experience. Where is the chef? Is there one or just skilled cooks with prepared - cook by numbers - food? Most photos/videos are prohibited.More

This was one of the most impressive dining experiences I've ever had. I ate in a couple of Michelin Star rated Restaurants and being a foodie I had high expectations going to Eatrenalin. I don't want to be a spoiler and I want to give...others the chance to get the same unique first impression I got. But be prepared to have an amazing experience which feeds many senses and not just the taste buds. A remark I would like to make to the management. The seating arrangement for couples or a group is sometimes not conducive to talk to each other. It gives one the opportunity to indulge the experience but it doesn't allow to exchange the excitement with the other person. The time allowed for the last course is not sufficient. Unfortunately I was not able to finish my dessert.More

We have been to dozens of Michelin-star restaurants around the world, including many of the very best, yet I think I will be remembering Eatrenalin for longer than most. The food is excellent and the drink menu is decent, but what really sets it apart...is the whole atmosphere and experience. I won’t reveal too much, but it is basically the most magical dark ride ever. Is it a bit over-the-top? Maybe, but that’s what’s makes it so amazing, I had a cheeky grin on my face so many times during this experience that my face almost hurt afterwards. I felt transported into an amazing future world. For those, like us, who are in the Venn-diagram of both being foodies and theme park-affecionados, I’d say Eatrenalin is absolutely worth a travel no matter where in the world you live. There is no comparison to anything we’ve seen in Florida or Asia. Even for those who are just into theme parks or just foodies, it is worth a visit if you’re in the general area of Europe. For those staying at hotel Krønasår anyway, it’s simply a given.More

Very interesting concept and brilliantly executed with great food. Front of house staff in the waiting lounge exceptional. Unfortunately later into the experience when it's time to visit the bar let down by miserable , rude staff. Who openly admit they are waiting to go...home and also begging for tips. Giving you a business card " tip for good Karma " then again at the bar a " tip box" pushed under your nose. I never ever have experienced this in an exclusive restaurant and such a shame it tainted the experience right at the endMore

Eatrenalin is an experience with food and beverage included! It’s not a restaurant! It is in Rust and on the grounds of Europa Park. This was a dining experience like no other! It must get some Michelin Stars! They cover all the senses of sight...sound, taste and smell. Every room had a scent, but not of food. I could not identify any of them as to what they smelled like. It truly added to every dish! We couldn’t take pictures in most rooms. You really want to be present and not on your phone taking pictures.More

This was the most unique dining experience I have ever encountered. It is fully immersive fine dining and entertainment combined, but it is far more than dinner and a show. Part of the enjoyment was all of the surprises and I do not want to...give anything away so that others can enjoy it. The staff, quality of food, and ambiance was all wonderful. My husband and I along with our two adult children (ages 20 & 22) all thought this was the highlight of our trip. We are an English speaking family and even though most of the “show” was in German, we were able to fully enjoy the experience and could understand by gestures, pictures, and lighting cues what was happening. Most of the staff spoke English and could translate when needed. They offered menu cards in English if you wanted to know what you were eating or drinking. Definitely worth the price!More

The food was phenomenal, really good. The whole experience was pretty amazing, although a bit ridiculous at times (maybe I’m saying this because I’m not used to going to very very fancy restaurants) One of the rooms is very turbulent, which i dont think is...recommened during a dinner; I get that its a sensorial experience, but still, being shaken around during dinner was a bit odd. The experience also lacked because it was strictly in german. At the beginning, they tell you they will translate, but the only parts spoken in english come towards the end, when they ask for tips. This brings me to my last complaint: being very pushy for tips. They gave us 3 pushes in less than 10 minutes to tip: telling us during desert, giving out “Tip for good karma” cards and having a tip box in the bar. This was excessive, and made you feel bad if you decided not to tip (the experience is ridiculously expensive, so I get why some people wouldnt tip, also German culture doesnt rely as heavily on tips as America) I dont regret going, I wouldnt do it again because I think its a once in a life time thing, but I would only go if I had money to spend. Great great food and interesting conceptMore

Altogether a great experience and worth the expensive pricing. The only thing I hated is that at the end they were two times begging for tips. First they asked to leave some money at the table, then afterwards they hand out cards with QR codes...so you can tip even more. If you pay 200 euro per person for a meal, good service should be standard and staff should be paid well enough not to beg for tips.More

Incredible. High end food experience at a new dimension. Very friendly service, surprising moments for all senses. 7D eating with perfectly selected wines and more at the bar (best barkeeper recommendations). I come back. Great for couples, events and friends. Don’t forget to go to...yullbe next to it or rulantica, Europa-Park and book the Museum Hotel to stay !More
