Tiny, cosy, very cute and quirky little converted bulb shed. We ate an evening meal here. Just two options, meat or veggie - but very tasty food and giant portions. The choices for dessert were incredible. BYO wine. Booking no later than the day before is essential. Very friendly owners, as well as other customers. We chatted all night to... More

I love the vine. Always book the Sunday roast - the food is lovely and plentiful and Kath and Brendan are lovely people. The lunches are lovely too. I've no idea where Kath gets her cake and pudding recipes but they are outstanding. Cheesy chips are a must ! Nicest sandwiches ever.

This cafe/restaurant only opens for evenings meals on certain evenings of the week, and as places to eat on Bryher are in short supply in the evening, reservations are essential. We had a Sunday evening meal at this restaurant, when they serve a Sunday roast. There is a choice of a meat or nut roast. The week we called it... More

Whilst on a recent stay on Bryher we came across the vine cafe as one of the few places to eat we obviously gave it a try, we are glad we did. Home made tasty food, portion sizes in our opinion are sufficient, in other words not miniscule with drizzle nor like a doorstep. It can get buy. On two... More

This is something different and a special treat every time we visit. The home cooking is always spot on and a pleasure to eat. I have to eat gluten free and feel very safe with the food. The delight is that I can have the same as everyone else but it's GF. Steak and kidney or roast. Thank you Cath.... More
