This was our first time going out to eat at a fondue restaurant and it was amazing! We had Miguel as our server and he was very personable and made our experience very special. We first started with martini's, which by the way... They have the BEST martini's my friends and I have ever had. After sipping on our cocktails,... More

Our waitress was nice and the food was good...not great. Very pricey and I believe they STRIVE to be upscale, but just are not quite there. All foods felt like they came out of a bag and not fresh...like baby carrots, the dipping bread was sliced bread sticks, and they had nachos I could buy at Walmart for $1/bag. The... More

After our dinner for a friend's birthday, a servant named Kevin was extremely disrespectful to our group. He entitled one girl as "someone who couldn't read", another girl that she shouldn't spell, and two final girls that supposedly could not listen. After that night, we were morally offended. On the other hand, there was a very kind waiter named Steven.... More

We like to go to The Melting Pot on special occasions. The food is delicious and they hire excellent & enthusiastic waitstaff. We love the cheddar cheese fondue and chocolate fondue can't be beat. Go and enjoy!

I'm a frequent visitor to The Melting Pot. It is my favorite restaurant! The servers always make the experience. Recently, my sister and I had the privilege of having Miguel as a server. We informed him that we were veterans and he still made the dinner, probably one of the best we've had there. He asked us before each course... More

The food was beyond good, the service was top notch, they offer private booths for special occasions. I took someone there for a birthday and the whole experience was awesome from start to finish. A different and fun dining experience! I will most definitely go again! Hats off to you guys!

First time trial to this restaurant last Sunday but didn't get satisfaction mostly from the hostess who keep slamming down food trays (may be too heavy) spilling cheese and long finger nails soaking into dishes (some are rare anyway) explaining items in the most amazingly monotonous and tragic way. Then, we saw another hostess flipped and crashed the whole serving... More

For over four years till 2014, we had a family dinner followed by a quick step outside to watch the White Plains count down ball drop. Now that we are back for a holiday visit, it's the first thing the kids wanted to do and as always, reservation was easy, food was delicious, service friendly and they did everything to... More
