Cool place to relax and have a cold beer! It's fun to sit on the back patio and enjoy the moment. Take cash!

Being from NY, I miss pubs, particularly Irish pubs, but this place is pretty cool. Great selection of beers and cozy atmosphere, fireplace in the cool months and doors open in the summer! Lots of history to read on the walls. Love it!

Cold beer in a historical bakery. Dog friendly, cobweb friendly, cash only. Usually have live music upstairs on the weekend. Worth a stop in for a peek, watch you step as you enter front door as slight drop off. Will return as the locals were friendly.

A must go to place while visiting Beaufort. This bar has a ton of history and a really nostalgic feel to it. I felt right at home. I will be returning on my next trip to Beaufort for sure. And they do a Mardi Gras parade in February! A ton of fun!

This bar is a great place to have a drink with friends and listen to live music. They only serve beer and wine.

No food, just bear and wine. Great music at night. Delightful courtyard my dogs and I are welcome to hand out in. Nice crowd. Clean. Books and board games for those do inclined on a lady day. We moved up the road a ways and of all the places in Beaufort I miss, I miss this the most

I only get to Beaufort once a year, but when I do, I make sure I visit this pub. If your looking for pretentious and high-fa looting, this isn't your place. This the best bar to relax, meet great new friends and have a cold beer! Bring plenty of cash, you'll be here for awhile!

This was a cool place to hangout and get a drink. Be sure you have cash. Also be clear you know what counts as domestic beer. I asked and the bartender included some local beers. When I got one she told me I was "living in a dreamworld if I thought that was a domestic." I was only going by... More

I'm hesitant to tell too many people about this great hide away. It looks like someplace where Blackbeard would have plotted his pirate raids. Every time we're there we meet someone from some far away land or a local that has a great story! They often have live bands, soup on Friday and a lending library upstairs. In the winter... More
