my brother and i stumbled on DEMETRIOS. what a find! what it lacks in atmosphere, it makes up in good food, service and value. it felt like an italian family owned business.

You can always tell where the good food is if you just watch how many people attend during the dinner hour. This is a simple and good place to eat a home cooked meal.

Food is your typical small, family oriented Italian/Greek fare. Tasty and filling. The pastas in particular are very good and nice sized portions. Service is fast and efficient. Also one of the few places in town to get beer by the pitcher!!

This goes for both the appearance and the food. The outside looks like it hasn't been painted since 1980 and the inside is dark and dingy. Food is mediocre.
