This had a very rustic chic feel. We enjoyed fried oysters and sandwiches for lunch. Looked like a great place to stay as well. In warmer weather, there is outside seating in a little garden area.

Recommended by a local. We walked up to the front entrance to a server washing the windows. She quickly and rudely told us they were not open yet. It was cold and windy outside so we of course were in a rush to get inside but she stopped is dead in our tracks. We asked what time they opened at... More

I regret your experience at our establishment. This must have been a Sunday morning, and on Sunday's our staff has strict instruction to not permit patrons entrance into our establishment until after 12:00 due to NC liquor law on Sundays given we are a brewery. This being said, I will discuss with our staff the appropriateness of their demeanor and... More

First time eating here. The beer was great and the food was delicious. The restaurant is small. We ate with a large group on a Thursday night and there was only one waitress which seemed to slow things down but since we were not on a schedule it wasn't an issue. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. I would... More

Stopped in on a Friday night. Quaint location right near Main street, you'll have to park on the street. We didn't stay here but if the rooms have the same feel as the restaurant, I'm sure its very cozy! We tried a few pints, none of which are our new favorites howver, the dinner menu had some unique options as... More

Perhaps the beer is good and perhaps this is a good bar to get a brew in. But, for lunch it was not a good deal at all. A large spinach salad for $11 looked like a side salad. The tacos Which did come with a side of fries was $12. The menu was very limited to a couple of... More

Excellent food. Were visiting Blowing Rock and heard from local place about this restaurant. Bison burger is awesome! Best burger I've had in a while. Wife had Portabello mushroom sandwich and said it was to die for. Wait staff was fantastic! Highly recommend this establishment!

As usual, I know you will be shocked, we sat at the BAR. The service was excellent. There are only four or five stools right at the bar, but other seating in that area as well as a separate dining area. My wife and I tried two flights of LOCAL, DRAFT beer and shared a very generous , freshly made,White... More
