I had a table with a view of the sound. opted to eat indoors the first time. Forest salad was delicious and interesting. Short Ribs were melt in your mouth and they had my favorite dessert. what more could I ask? Service was excellent too

The setting is lovely if you have a table looking out over the Sound. Our server was fairly attentive. I was hoping for the best based upon the reviews. Got our wine and we were served warm bread that was very tasty, but then it seemed that we waited a long while for our meal, which means that I ate... More

We are glad this guest enjoyed our facility and server, though we are distressed their grouper was overdone. We offer no excuse, only an apology. We wish the guest had brought it to the attention of their server or any manager rather than expressing it in a review, as our log indicates they did not. Had we been aware the... More

We have been coming to this area for over twenty years and we found this to be the best restaurant in the OBX. The food and the service was outstanding! A cozy atmosphere paired with an impeccable Sound-side view.

We stayed at the Inn the first week of May and reserved a table by the window for dinner our second night. Our meals were excellent. I had shrimp and rock fish and my spouse had shrimp and grits. The waiter was attentive and friendly and our meals were served in a reasonable time frame. The restaurant is not large... More

Cafe Pamlico is a fantastic, fresh, and enjoyable dining experience with a relaxed and attentive atmosphere, a delicious menu with options for all kinds of diets, and a wonderful staff who make the experience very personal. My husband and I ate here every night for a week and never had a meal that was less than unbelievable. Thank you!!!

Had both dinner and breakfast here recently. Atmosphere is very nice with views of the sound from many tables. Breakfast was good. Dinner was excellent. Shrimp and grits presentation was a little different (good) and was extremely tasty. Maybe best I've ever had. Fish dish I had was also excellent. Just great seafood, very nicely presented. Service was good. Portions... More

The food is great and the service is wonderful. We had the new menu - Ribeye, Tenderloin, Salmon, Flounder & Shrimp. I did not see anyone without a clean plate! Breakfast was great too. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to eat in the outer banks.

I love seafood and I have eaten up up and down both coasts and in Alaska. The Carolina Coastal Cioppino is the best that I ever eaten. I also sampled my wife's oysters and the were also excellent. She also enjoyed a caesar salad created with greens from the gardens on the ground. Its hard to get any fresher than... More

From the moment we walked through the door, to the moment we left, we could not have anticipated a better reception. The food was phenomenal, the staff admirable, and the ambience superb. A special "Thank You" goes to Krystal for making us feel "at-home" and special. We loved her personality and looked forward each day to seeing her. Thanks Krystal

This is literally one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. The food is out of this world and the service can't be beat. I'm a vegetarian and my husband is not- they accommodate both of us beautifully!!!
