We do not have Red Robin in our area but have seen commercials and wanted to try it. Now we want Red Robin to come to the Charleston area! Our waiter was great, he was personable, friendly and timely. Our food was mouth-watering good! The bottomless fries were unnecessary because our Angus burgers were filling and delicious. There are a... More

We visit Red Robin at least once per month. We love their chocolate shakes and bottomless fries. My favorite has always been the teriyaki chicken. My husband always tries out new burgers. Recently he had the colossal burger and loved it. They have limited edition burgers, so that one is no longer available. My husband always loads his burgers with... More

Dinner with family at this new place I'd never heard of. I was visiting from out of town. The atmosphere was great, the waiter was exceptional, the food was totally awesome. Was impressed with the bottomless fries but certainly nobody needs more than a serving of fries unless they are looking for an aftermath of discomfort from eating too much... More

We were on our way to our vacation spot and stopped for a meal. It was a planned stop, and we had not been to this location before. We are so glad that we decided to stop in. Hubby had the special burger of the month, a burger with some BBQ meat on top. Wow. Great taste. It was super... More

Went here with family. Was there later so not very crowded. Menu format has changed since last visit so it took a while to make a choice. Teriyaki chicken sandwich was flavorful. Freckled lemonade had more strawberry flavor than usual; couldn't taste much of the lemonade. Overall meal was good. Server was attentive. Would return again.

We always make a point of going to this Red Robin when we are visiting the area. Our grandchildren are allergic to dairy and we can go in, ask for the dairy free menu and have no problems - and the kids love the choices too. Great place to eat and relax.

Burgers are large and you can customize. The fries and onion rings are very good. The wait staff was attentive and easy to find. The restaurant can be noisy, but everyone is very friendly. Good deal for the money.

The new way red robin is doing things chased me off this last time I visited with a table of 4. Messy burgers, and a fry container from hell. A silver ring is presented to you with about 15 French fries...literally bottomless. Ask for more? sure...it takes another 15 minutes to get 15 more. It sucks. In fact, we used... More

Very disappointed in the service. The waiter never even asked us how we liked the food. The manager had to come over to get our plates so we could get refills on our drinks abs get the tab. I will go back but if I get bad service next time I'm going to have to talk to the manager.
