I'm surprised by the reviews. The food is good but not amazing. The water had a strange taste. I don't recommand this restaurant

We had seafood Pad Thai (great seafood, but not very spicy), a salmon and crab dish, and a wonderful preparation of walnut giant prawns. We shared a sashimi sampler (15 pieces). The opera torte dessert was great. The Asian margarita had jalapeno simple syrup and...More
Elements is located in a new shopping/dining/residential complex. It is an outstanding example of Asian fusion cuisine. Great restaurant and service. Interesting menu always. Friendly people. The only challenge has been for those who need gluten free. Most people who are GF and specified did not feel well afterward so definitely one area that could be improved.

Elements is consistently a superb place to dine. The food and the service is always superb. If you are in Chapel Hill, don't miss it!
