Meat was overcooked and very dry. Requested lesser cooked meat several times and never delivered. Asked for meats we had not received we were supposed to get and finally got them at end of meal. Worst meat I have ever eaten. Salad bar was average. Side dishes were terrible. Mashed potatoes were like soup.

I just recently got back from Charlotte, NC and I had heard about this place called Chima. It's a Brazilian steakhouse and let me tell you my friend and I ate ourselves to death. Make sure you don't eat much during the day to get the full experience. The salad bar is endless and we did the meat plates as... More

Been her a couple of times and it is a dining experience you won't forget . I truly believe this is a better experience when you go with a small or large group that are very hungry and you have plenty of time . I got to be honest with you , I didn't feel that I could eat anything... More

I REALLY wanted to like this place. I love trying new Brazilian Steakhouses when ever we travel. We have been to Fogo De Chao, Espetus, Texas De Brazil and a few others. I had read many many positive reviews and couldn't wait to try. I won't go into the whole what the restaurant looks like and such.. I will break... More

Pricey but worth it. I'm a filet girl, but not here because the top sirloin melts in your mouth. Salad bar is endless with high end quality choices. There is a seating area at the bar with amazing people watching. Celebrate all major events here.

Staff was good and quick is why it got two stars. We expected and upscale restaurant with amazing meat. First off most ppl were dressed in t shirts and shirts at a place that cost $150 for two people!!! Then the meat was ok at best! Don't get me wrong it wasn't nasty by any stretch but for that price... More

Our first introduction to churrascaria was Texas de Brazil in Miami, FL. Since then we have visited the Orlando location as well as Fogo de Chao in Atlanta and a smaller churrascaria in Knoxville TN, Brazeiros. We were excited to try Chima during a trip to Atlanta. The restaurant is attractively modern. It is also ridiculously noisy. We were scarcely... More

This was our third trip to the restaurant, which we reserve for special occasions. Unfortuantely the restaurant was not what we remembered. The salad bar seemed to be lacking in items that we remembered, i.e., a salad was complicated to make as the components were not obvious to us, sides that would accompany the meats seemed missing. As for the... More

The meats are great in moderation, but it is too much for the price. This place would be a meat-lovers dream, but as I don't consume large quantities of meat in one sitting, this was just too much. The salad bar is great and has a wide range of options. I would rather just have the salad bar and very... More

Great atmosphere for date night. The ambiance was disturbed by a crying baby and a parent walking around the restaurant in an attempt to console the baby😖. Anyway...the food was very good in taste and appearance. If you love meat this is the place to go. The salad bar was left lots to be desired. But overall a very enjoyable... More
