Had lunch today at Cherries Cafe in Clemmons NC and the food and service was good! Not a large cafe so you may want to call ahead if there are several in your group. We were right at noon and had to wait for about ten to fifteen minutes, not to bad!

I had read the reviews of Cherries Cafe and was looking forward to sampling their signature dish, the chicken pie. In taking my order the server commented that I had made a wise selection. Unfortunately I was in for a surprise and a great disappointment. Rather than a more traditional chicken pie my meal consisted of what appeared to be... More

Cherries is open for lunch only. Have never been disappointed in any item from the menu. My friend calls this a "chick place". Most of the patrons are female. ANY dessert there is home made. Many times the caramel cake I order is still warm from the oven.

Had lunch here with friends last week. The food was delicious. I had the chicken salad sandwich on homemade croissant. I've never had chicken salad that compares to it. It was so good. They bottle and sell their salad dressing. I regret not buying any. Oh well, gives me a reason to go back even though it's 2 hours from... More

Love this restaurant. Limited menu - usually about 10 entrees daily. I believe they serve their chicken pie everyday. All homemade daily!! Family owned and operated. The oriental chicken salad is one of my favorites. Seating is limited. No reservations. They do have an outdoor shaded and covered patio outback with dining tables , weather permitting. I have been going... More

I reviewed Cherries before, but I HAD to do it again because of the great experience i had going with a friend to there today. The place was nearly full at 11:30 am and completely full when we left. I cannot say enough about the food: it's all homemade with fresh ingredients; made to perfection, and so absolutely delicious! My... More

Food is great! You get a very generous portion. Little pricy. Very friendly waitresses. You can only pay with cash or check.

It is a tiny cafe with home-cooked, type food. The food is good, but it is rather expensive for what you get.

The food is always good, service is good but it is definitely not a quick stop for lunch. Fairly expensive.
