Don't believe your GPS if you put in the name of this place....put in the address instead. Had a hard time finding it, but finally called and got directions. Lots of wood tables with wood chairs in an "open" big room that includes a large...More

Visited on a summer Saturday dinner. We decided to eat inside although the patio looked delightful too. The interior was eclectic with original bull themed art and a great vibe. You order from an efficient counter and the food gets delivered in stages including the...More

A fun place to go for burgers and dirty fries, accompanied by a bowl of pickles. This place is in downtown Durham, and has a large interior, where you can see how beer is made; and a nice yard where you can enjoy food, fresh...More

We ended up getting burgers and fries for takeout to walk down to the cider house. Everything was delicious and well executed. It seems that takeout is about 50% of their business while we were there. Very friendly staff, well packaged for take out. This...More

We weren't sure what to do when we first walked in. Then we looked around and read the signs! The line was long but moved quickly. It gave us enough time to read the menu and select what we wanted to eat. I was hoping...More

Expect your food to be served and your meal to be a simple burger, all is good cooked to temperature food. The fries could have a bit more substance to them, thin fries make for messy fingers and lots of finger licking...

Awesome staff and beer selection was great. GET THE PICKLE CHIPS, they were wonderful, crispy, not greasy and came with a nice chipotle white dip. Can be tricky to find with construction and parking could be hard. Some street parking available but limited. Great pre-Bulls...More

Bull City Burger and Brewery is a locally owned, independent restaurant and craft brewery located at 107 East Parrish Street in downtown Durham, NC. We opened March 2011. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner 7 days per week with approximately 90 seats inside plus 60 seats of outside year round patio dining. We offer family friendly dining with a children's play area, as well as a semi-private meeting room for business gatherings, events and presentations all within full view of our own brewery. The restaurant is very much "farm-to-fork," working closely with North Carolina pasture-raised beef farmers supplying beef with no added hormones and antibiotic-free, that we grind daily to make our hamburgers and all-beef hotdogs. We work with other farmers growing vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers for pickles, and lettuce. The menu is streamlined with nearly everything produced on-site including house made buns, sauerkraut and bacon. We use no artificial sweeteners, no high fructose corn syrup, and no hydrogenated oils. We like to say we are like fine dining in a burger joint. We make the mustard, the slaw, the pickles, the mayo, the aioli, the hotdogs, the relish, the...
