Since Vit Goal seems to have reviews ranging from meeting Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde, I thought I should add my 2¢ to the list. First of all, the service was excellent. It was on a Tuesday about 6pm, with just another couple already seated. A larger group came in a few minutes later. Everyone was served quickly. I go... More

We recently visited Vit Goal Tofu for lunch and had a wonderful meal! My wife and I both had the hot stone pot Bibimbob and an order of fried dumplings. The Bibimbob was hot and fresh and came with a great assortment of sides. The service was also excellent. We will be back! I highly recommend Vit Goal for fresh,... More

Their bubble tea is super good because it is frozen like an icee. The tofu soup is good. But I usually order the bibimbap which is very good. Not the best I've had but good enough for when you're in the area. I'm not too crazy about the mystery ground meat on it so I get the vegetarian version.

Love the tofu soup and glass noodles (a little too much for a serving of appetizer). Good service by a little korean waiter. BBQ ribs was good and well marinated. If they serve korean rice wine, it will be great.

This is the best Korean hotspot that I've had in a long time. The owner was very proud of her food. The side dishes were all fresh and she let us know what had fish sauce, since I am a vegetarian.

This is a small korean restaurant that has real warm and very friendly service. The food is great too! The price is reasonable. I love the korean BBQ, you can order the combo that comes with a soup and side dishes...really, really love the side dishes!!! Delicious! Will definitely come back again...

This place has new ownership. The old ownership was beyond horrible. I had boycotted this place. It's night and day change. New owners are friendly and go out of their way to attend to you. The food is pretty good, not great but really no place in the triangle has great Korean. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vit Goal now. If... More

The tofu soups served up here are excellent. I've tried the pork, beef, seafood and vegetable dumpling. The soups are served in a stone bowl with rice, and Korean side dishes such as spiced pickle slices and kimchee. It's comfort food we typically avoid in the heat of the summer; the place has lousy air conditioning. Another word on the... More

I would never in my lifetime recommend this restaurant to anyone simply because the hostess/waiter was the most rude and blantantly racist person I have ever come across. Let me start by saying that I am of Korean/Caucasian descent and my friend who accompanied me is Korean/African-American. As soon as we walked through the door, the waiter refused to even... More
