The always had business meetings here in the back room...but I rather coming in to Wilbers on a cold wet nasty day and sit at the bar and order something piping hot... Good place to eat and everyone knows it...

I am a fan of vinegar based whole hop eastern barbeque and Wilbers has it. This restaurant is a landmark located on hwy. 70. Can't go wrong here.
Awesome pulled pork and the sauce is the wonderful pepper vinegar. Slaw and potato salad are good, not wonderful but the pork, chicken, sweet tea, and hush puppies are the best! I grew up vacationing in Goldsboro and have always LOVED Wilber's. Beware however...The restrooms...More

We both had the BBQ and pig chicken plate with coleslaw and potato salad. The bbq was good but not one of the best that we have tried. The chicken was dry with not much flavor. both the slaw and potato salad were bland.
