Love this place! Lots of food southern style fried fish and Jumbo shrimp! Collard greens melt in your mouth! New favorite!!!

On the shores of Lake Norman, overlooking the water, we enjoyed the fall colors, and the skiers. Service was a little slow, and our waiter a little curt, but food was good.
A little bit of a wait but not bad. Lot's of food and good tasting. The dinning room was a bit noisy. Service was very good.

Captain Steve’s was able to seat and feed my loud party of 25 fast! All the orders were right the first time and there was more than enough help to assist with my larger party. Separate tickets were not a problem... this made me smile...More

This is a large place with a casual family atmosphere. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable but the quality of the food is average. During peak hours the restaurant has a long waiting line.
