Very unique location and atmosphere. This restaurant is different, elegant and down to earth at the same time. Service was professional yet 'homey'. The food was unique and excellent.

This restaurant is in a lovely older home and charming but wheelchair access is difficult - they have a ramp to a back door but there was a party sitting at the table blocking the door so they had to interrupt their meal to move...More

This restaurant has a charming setting off the beaten path on the Outer Banks. The food is French influenced, lovely cream sauces with fresh seafood. Tables are a bit too close together in a small house. Cozy but a potentially a bit unpleasant if tables...More

The family had a wonderful dinner at Colington Cafe. Located away from the main drag with a stately oak tree in front of a former residential home, service was attentive and the food superb. Reservations highly recommended.

I wouldn't wear denim to Colington Cafe, but smart-casual works. My husband wears a button-down cotton shirt or polo with his khaki 'dress' shorts. It's not overly stuffy, but there is a formality to the place. Victorian... More

Nestled off the beaten path in a Victorian house surrounded by 400 year-old oak trees, we are a local's favorite. Our seafood is brought in fresh daily, and we use locally grown ingredients. All the locals love our filet dishes as well as our large menu. All desserts are homemade. We are a family run restaurant with most of our staff having been with us for over 15 years. We do everything to make sure all of our customers leave happy.
