Nothing Could be Finer than to find a seaside diner in Carolina in the morning! Especially the Kure Beach Diner where the breakfast omelette was so tasty and the service so friendly. The Home Fries were as good as Mom's! The beach is just a few steps away!

Stopped in for lunch and experienced a very nice meal. The place was restored from the last hurricane and done very nicely with a setting in the 60s. Staff was wonderful and the food enjoyable. One of a kind type restaurant and family owned. Convenient to the pier and ample parking during off season.

This is a casual diner, but the food is very good. They have regular everyday food like hamburgers and chicken fingers, but also have shrimp baskets, etc.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and local history displayed on the wall. I'm not a crab cake fan, but we tried them anyway. My wife enjoyed them, but they didn't change my opinion of crab cakes. Not their fault, just my personal taste.

My aunt introduced my husband, daughter and I to the Kure Beach Diner 10 years ago. We usually eat here several times each summer when at our home at Carolina Beach. The restaurant is simple and nothing fancy, but clean and friendly. The food is always yummy!

This is a hidden jewel for Kure Beach. The food is wonderful. It is good home cooking having a variety of food. The crabcake sandwich is awesome. It has been renovated to the look of the 1950's. The staff is wonderful.

If the Fonz had been asked to pay more than $10 for two hotdogs and fries, no soda malted or shake included, I'm sure he would have just gone back to the Cunningham's for dinner. Staff, view and no cost, city of Kure Beach parking great though!!

Wonderful diner! Excellent food and great service! I thought i didn't like hushpuppies, but my sister had me try one here. It was mouthwateringly delicious. She had the clam chowder and said it was the best she ever had. I had the club sandwich. It was great! Definitely coming back soon!

From the outside looking at the Kure Beach diner it appears to be a dump. I couldn't have made a greater mistake. While on a mini vacation my wife and I decided to try it for breakfast and couldn't have been more pleased. It only has around 17 tables and the place is exceptionally clean. The food was tasty (for... More

Came for lunch with over-hungry grandkids and our waitress, Patty, herself a grandma, was super! Food was great too. We go out of our way to find places like this, and we weren't disappointed.
