When we moved here from Ca. 34 yrs. ago, this place was good. We've noticed over these years the food quality has lowered a bit, but still not 'bad' though. It is a family run business and they also do catering. They are always friendly and the food prices are not bad either..

Been going to this place for years. It is consistent, fairly priced, quick, and the service is friendly. The food is good but not over the top great. Portions are a little smaller now than in the past but still on par. Don't hesitate to stop, it will not disappoint. However being a native Carolinian we get pretty spoiled when... More

Decent service. Mediocre food. Nothing terrible, but also nothing wonderful. BBQ is subpar for NC BBQ and the sauce is boring and plain. If I never go back, I won't be sad.

Me & my husband could not believe what our waitress had brought out to us! Was suppose to be chopped BBQ with fries & slaw. OMG! The fries were tiny like they had been laying under the heat lamps all day, the BBQ was milky looking & didn't even look like BBQ . I think they had frozen it &... More

Was all excited about eating authentic BBQ in North Carolina. Meal came and looked good but flavor wasn't at all what I had hoped for. No nice smokey overtones. Only slathered on sauce onto what appeared to be regularly cooked meat. Ribs looked to be out of a crock pot. BBQ sauce would have been better if it was poured... More

Stopped for a late lunch and was a bit disappointed Service was great really friendly and accommodating but the food was a best average. The sliced pork was a sort of queasy gray color without much flavor and the ribs didn't have much texture They tasted boiled sauce was average. I eat a lot of BarBque and there was nothing... More

My husband & I have eaten here so often, we've memorized the menu & know the lingo waitstaff uses to jot down our order! My husband is partial to the chopped BBQ plate with sides of slaw & Brunswick stew, and I especially like their cheeseburger & french fries. Everything except burgers & salads also comes with hush puppies, which... More
