Carmen’s Cuban Cafe, located near RDU airport, is worth visiting from all areas of the triangle. The plantains are great and the pork dishes and tops viejo are outstanding. Very authentic and well prepared Cuban food.

Service was top notch and the food was very good. Tostones were made out of fresh plantains which is very rare in latino restaurants in the north. The coffee is delicious and a true cortado. Great job, definitely recommend this restaurant no anyone.
