We had the $.15 shrimp and they were very good. I think they do this special between 4-6PM for happy hour. The service and ambiance was also good. You're right on the water too so that makes it even better.

Unfortunately we found this place on the last night of our vacation, otherwise we would have frequented it! Awesome beer menu, the chicken and fish baskets were great with awesome fries and you can’t ask for a better view! Wonderful place!

Best location in the Outer Banks, right on the pier. Food and service were good, awesome scenery. Price was on par with the rest of restaurants.

The food was really good. Service was a bit rude. It we all loved the food. We had shrimp, crab cakes, and chicken. No complaints about the food

We have just returned from Nags Head last week. We went after Labor Day so it wasn't too crowded. Fish Heads Bar & Grill was pretty cool. They have much beer on tap and the service was always great. Good place to meet new friends....More

Great view of the ocean, great music and Caribbean vibe. Food was satisfying. Would go again in a heart beat.

Sit over the ocean, have a drink, eat at the bar or a picnic table. Can't beat the 15 cent shrimp and the nightly live music during the summer!

We made a stop here on Friday night to grab drinks and enjoy the scenery. There is just something awesome about enjoying beer on the pier when the waves are crashing below. Tons of stuff on tap. All seating is outdoor, with about half covered....More

Great place to watch the sun go down and have a drink or two, a bite to eat and family time. Get there a little early if you have a group. Seating is minimum.

There are not many places that are on the beach in Nagshead… But this place is! It's great for a midday drink or a snack on the pier

Thank Rachel L

No, I don't believe you can. They are allowed on the beach though and there is a picnic table on the right before you walk into Fish Heads that people have gotten carry out and sat and ate with their dogs there.
