While the wine list is very weak the beer and bourbon menus are strong. But what is exceptional are the quality of the fish and seafood, the innovative ways they take parts of the fish[e.g the shoulders] to prepare an exceptional appetizer, the quality of...More

Living nearby for 3 months, 1st visit, had 6 perfect raw oysters---3 & 3---steamed clams (fabulous), peel your own shrimps (huge, perfectly seasoned & done), breaded oysters (yum), black drum & flounder (superb) with accouterments, couple IPA's and couple of Manhattans. Server John was attentive...More

I really wanted some seafood. Went for lunch time and the restaurant was empty. The food was really good, but the menu selections were almost too fancy for me. It’s a reasonable price though. Also had a weird waiter who was super slow.

This is a trendy place and we had trouble getting reservations. We scored a table and looked forward to our visit. It's in the old (1950's era) Post Office in Pittsboro NC. Service was very good and it had a good casual, but upscale, vibe....More

We went with a group of friends, a few of us cannot eat fish for a variety of reasons. Our choice were limited and mediocre. Those who did order fish were largely disappointed in the quality. We will not be back.

We enjoyed our meals. Fresh local fish really does taste better. Recipes have depth & character. I had looked at the menu from the night before and actually would have preferred that one, I think. Fresh oyster special was a nice surprise. 2 drinks+ one...More
