For us, Haru is very convenient! AND it is very good and very fresh food! We take out and dine in. We have never been disappointed!

This is a favorite place for my daughter and me to meet for dinner. She is a vegetarian and I'm not! They have excellent food for both of us. Will head there again soon.

I was driving down Glenwood on a Friday night trying to figure out where I wanted to eat before an event. I was dreading doing the parking dance trying to find a parking space (not one of the $5 ones) between a good restaurant and my event location for free. I wanted sushi and as I was sitting at the... Their sushi is amazingly delicious. The decor isn't much, but if you're there for the food you'll be very pleased.

I use to suggest this place for my first dates...I like that it's quiet and feels personal. I knew my boyfriend was a keeper when he started wanting to go once a week! The fish is always fresh and of a high quality. I like that the staff remembers us...but it's not just us that they remember, I hear them... More

I think this place is perfect for a nice easy dinner . We have gone there for years and always had a great experience .It also depends what you are looking for but if you are trying to escape from crazy and crowded this would be a place to go . Also next door there is a nice European pastry... More

Just another overpriced Glenwood Sushi Bar. Wait staff was inexperienced, ineffective and VERY slow. Took over an hour to get Hibachi Chicken while I found my Sushi staged waiting 18" off the floor on plastic milk crates in a walkway to the Kitchen. Not sure how they passed the health examiner. Food was great once we finally got everything.. Great... More

We decided to try this restaurant when our first choice was booked. So glad we did. The sushi was excellent and my husband said his hibachi tofu was the best he has ever had. Nice and quiet as well, no problem having a conversation with those at your table, which is often a problem at some of the larger restaurants.... More

Haru has a very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. The sashimi platter is so fresh and delicious and the volcano roll is the best I have ever tasted! Try the cucumber wrapped rolls, as well, what a light refreshing treat!

There were three of us dining on a weeknight. We had a good meal but can't share the enthusiasm of some other reviewers who rate this option as the best sushi in Raleigh. "An" in Cary offers outstanding sushi with a greater variety of other pan-Asian choices, and for a straight sushi experience all three of us would give the... More
