Had dinner here tonight with the hubby, and it was really nice. We wasn't sure who the hostess was, as they seemed to be a ton of staff working. Alex was our waitress, who was also the bar tender. She was great!! For apps we...More

I got lasagna tonight and it was good but I wouldn't get it again. I almost wish I would have tried the spaghetti and meatballs. The garlic rolls were awesome and so is the tiramisu. Italian is just one of those things where you like...More

We stumbled on Gravy while wandering around downtown Raleigh late on a beautiful Friday afternoon. It was only 5:30 so we got in without a reservation. We were given a window table without having to ask. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the...More

This restaurant was recommended when we asked for a place unique to the city - not a chain. All we were given was the name and directions and I thought it would be a comfort food type pf place - roast beef sandwiches with mashed...More

I thought this place was going to have great Italian food. I got just the opposite. I ordered an italian dish ( chicken parm- can't go wrong, so I thought). Turned out to not be very good. Would not recommend. However our friends ordered non...More

Y'all...forreal....this place was so good. Like I have pretty high standard for Italian food after living in Italy for six months and this reached it. I got the bolognese pasta and literally had to take a moment after tasting the first bite. I have now...More

I believe there is a children's menu but I cannot be 100% certain. I did see children in there.

I don't think this is the kind of place that would sell you a gallon of their wonderful sauce. But you could try calling them.

Ask any Italian-American what ‘gravy’ is, and they'll tell you it's the pasta sauce that their mothers and grandmothers cooked fresh every night. At Gravy Restaurant we take the same care, preparing our signature sauce every day using select tomatoes and locally grown herbs. The heart and soul poured into the preparation of traditional Italian-American dishes pairs with inspired modern twists and a focus on seasonal ingredients to define Gravy’s unique approach to this classic cuisine.
