Note that this is just a working brewery with a taproom. But the decor and people are awesome, and many nights of the week there is a new food truck parked outside to sample. I have never had a beer or a food truck meal that I didn't like from Big Boss Brewing Co., and of course they also fill... More

Two tasting rooms, one a warm, pub atmosphere with games and mood lighting, the other adjacent to the brewing area with high ceilings and lots of open space. We were here the day after their annual Cask Beer Event, and they had the remaining cask beers on special, so we got to taste three really great cask beers. Both the... More

Went for the brewery tour. Recommend for anyone, they sell you a max of 3 tickets for a dollar each per person these will get you glasses of beer. They offer various apparel for sale and some other cool stuff. Beer various pretty good and you will find something you like. Food trucks usually there during tours. A lot of... More

If you are are looking for a place with great beer and good fun, come on down to the Big Boss Brewery. It isn't fancy, but you can get a quality beer and enjoy some pool, table shuffle board, or sit outside by the food truck and chat with friends.

Big Boss is a local staple. Steer clear of Big Boss if you are not a fan of the following: beer, fun people, good times. The staff is always amazing and down to earth. You can tell they love people almost as much as the delicious beer they make. And the beer really is good. Cabernet Barrel aged Belgian? Yes.... More

When I come down to visit in Raleigh, big boss is definitely on my list of places to visit. Perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a pitcher of there home brewed beers. I can't wait to come back and refill my grawg!

I like the casual atmosphere and the warehouse district location. Definitely a true microbrewery atmosphere that I have come to love. The establishment was dark and rustic with WWII decor and artifacts including a troop transport vehicle in the parking lot. I had the Harvest Time seasonal and my wife drank the High Roller IPA and both were good. I... More
