I had lunch today at Bolt Bistro & Steakhouse and it was excellent! I had the Mediterranean Salmon Sandwich and Fries and it was nicely cooked to perfection. The fries were excellent and I enjoyed my lunch. The freshly squeezed Lime-aid was tasty and the Server was outstanding. I highly recommend Bolt Bistro.

Just a short stop for drinks and snacks before graduation night downtown. can't say I was impressed with the menu cocktails - watermelon mojito had just a hint of melon flavor and the pineapple jalapeno margarita lacked the zip you'd expect from the jalapeno infusion. Bland drinks, indeed. But the apps were quite good = skip the crabcake which was... More

My husband and I went here shortly before Christmas 2015 to celebrate my new job. The blue cheese stuffed olive dirty martinis are to die for, a perfect way to celebrate anything. The seafood bisque was spectacular, fresh and flavorful, not to heavy or fishy. The crab cake appetizers were some of the best crab cakes I have ever had... More

While taking a break from NC Museum, we walked around looking for a nice lunch place. Found Bolt Bistro & Bar. Lunch was good. Prices are a little high, but it's a classy atmosphere. Service was good. As we walked out I saw 3 Trip Advisor labels on their window. It was a good choice found by accident.

Had post graduation lunch with my family! This is a great place for a group lunch with something for everyone. The service was excellent! Will definitely go back to enjoy a Raleigh Mull on the patio!

From the first impression when you walk in the Bolt Bistro and Bar it appears to be a very upscale eatery. We had a private dining area upstairs which provide a good seating arrangement for our large team. The staff was very attentive, but that is where the good stuff ends. We ordered several starters include fried calamari which tasted... More

For my daughters 20th birthday my wife and I took her to dinner at Bolt Bistro and Bar. Good choice. The inside has an upscale industrial feel to it. We started our evening off as Brian (our Server) making recommendations for beverages and appetizers. His wine recommendations were spot on for what we were looking for based upon our taste... More

My wife and I were in Raleigh for the night staying at the Marriott City Center. The Bolt is down the street and the Bellman said it was pretty good. We went into the restaurant around 6:30PM. I was surprised that there was only two tables with with people eating. There are booths and tables on the floor. The tables... More

The starters were quite good and the file mignon I ordered was at the right point. The waiter tilted a glass of water without apologizing, no big problem.

I took my son here for his 30th birthday with some friends. For a nice restaurant it is very loud and difficult to converse, which is what we wanted to do. The food items are very limited, we probably would of been happier with the lunch menu, which we looked at. No matter, we ordered food and appetizers, and drank... More
