Another great experience. The staff could not be any more accommodating. They are so friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary to make their guests comfy. I love the artwork around the coffee house, including in the bathroom! They serve Larry's beans coffee, which I have had another places, but there's something about the way that they brew it... My husband and I stopped here and got a coffee & tea while we were waiting for our pizza next door. I really like the numi chai tea. The staff was very accommodating. They made my tea as I requested with steamed skim milk to top off the tea. They had a variety of pastries and fun drinks on the... More

On our return from the coast we stopped in to grab some caffeine to get us back to Virginia. We arrived just after closing but the kind gentle giant of a man made us two Americanos anyway. He was so very patient and the coffee was excellent. We will stop in again on our next trip.

It's old school reading, relaxing and the place has some very good bakery and lunch items so try them. You can get some work and reading done here too!

This is a nice and cozy coffee shop. The cafe latte and chocolate banana muffin were wonderful. It is a good location for one on one or small business meetings, and it is close to some inner Raleigh residential neighborhoods. It is easy to talk and carry on conversations as it is not loud. The parking is a bit tricky--I... More

I've been a regular t Third Place for almost 20 years and it's always been one of my favorite hang outs. Great coffee - best breve in Raleigh - and yummy food. They were thinking vegan and organics before the rest of the world caught up. Comfortable relaxed atmosphere, sit inside or out.

It was fairly crowded for a Sunday morning Selection is really wonderful, what a variety and mostly things they've thought up versus copy-cat. The ambiance is very much come-as-you-are. Somewhat small-ish inside. I would return.

On a recent visit, I ordered an iced mocha and expected it to include coffee, milk, and chocolate (as well as ice), but there was no hint of chocolate. We have generally enjoyed mornings at the Third Place when we meet up in Raleigh. This time was a disappointment. We did, though, especially enjoy sitting outside, which we were amazingly... More

Larry's coffee, homemade granola and fun people make this a must do café when in this part of Raleigh.

We wanted a cup of coffee while out looking for lunch and decided to stay for a meal. What a great choice! The food was excellent and the coffee was delicious. If you are in town, don't miss this cozy spot.
