Breakfast is a HIT, but yesterday we stopped by for a country lunch in West Raleigh. Collards and country steak smothered in country gravy. Don't tell my cardiologist, but it sure was a treat. Well seasoned food in a comfortable setting with "REAL" country service. Not Fancy, but you will enjoy the food and the prices. They do not accept... More

That's all it takes to cover your plate. Wonderful patty sausage and the grits are perfect every time. The friendliest waitresses anywhere. Note: cash, no cards. Highly recommended.

Pam's is a great place for down-home comfort foods. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Portions are generous and meals were served with biscuits & sweet hush puppies. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the portions served. We will be back!

This place seems pretty popular with my native NC friends "like my momma used to make" But from the north, this place held no place in my heart. Food was ok, but nothing special. I got bbq chicken which was fine, sliced cucumbers and cooked cabbage. Those were a couple of the not too many healthy choices on the menu.... More

Everyone was very friendly, from the hostess to our server. Good choice of menu items for breakfast as well. They make their sausage daily and was delicious. Not to many bread options for toast (white, wheat or a biscuit) but the coffee was hot and a 'pourin. The grits could have been better but all in all a good breakfast.... More

I had driven 1.5 hours to bring my pet to the NC State Hospital for surgery and I was starving and stressed with worry. I searched nearby restaurants and stumbled across Pam's. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted. It was a Tuesday morning at about 9 am so the place was pretty empty. I got to sit near... More
