Wife and I had dinner. We shared a seafood soup and lobster club sandwich. Great taste and enough for us to share.

This highly touted seafood restaurant was a great disappointment. Service was abysmal as our waitress was very scarce throughout the 90 minutes we waited for food. We were parched before finally receiving our second glass of wine; the first glass ordered 30 minutes after we...were seated. Fish of the day was a salmon filet simply prepared and acceptable. Shrimp rolls and cod cakes came with duck sauce which was odd. Calamari appetizer was great. Husband’s coquilles st. Jacques was delicious as were the barbecued baby back ribs of his friend. The problem was the chaotic service as we were surrounded by unbussed tables. Long lines of diners were outside both entrances as we departed. We wished them luck.More

We spent a couple of days in Gaspé in late summer. Choice of good restaurants is limited however this one did not disappoint. We visited twice. Our first visit was a top notch experience. Food and service was generous and tasty. I had the crab...club and wife had the lobster club. Delicious!! Service was excellent despite the place being busy. Our second visit was a bit disappointing. The food was excellent however wait staff was disorganized and extremely slow. The restaurant was far from capacity so staff could have been more present and helpful. We also noted errors on the bill that needed correction. The menu is not extensive however there is something for everyone. We all stuck with sea food choices and we were all very satisfied.More

WE had lunch after Marine Museum tour. Being Sept 3rd, security was tight, requiring vaccination proof and ID. This was comforting to know that all present were double vaccers. Food was quick and good. Beer on tap was very good. Fish & Chips was ok...but certainly not to Newfoundland standards. Overall, very good lunch.More

We picked this restaurant because it was the busiest one around. As usual, that was a good way to go. The food was good, the staff friendly and the location great. In fact, we liked it so much that we came back the next evening....Both times, we sat out on the patio but the seats inside were also full. We both had Coquilles St. Jacques on the first night and fish and chips on the second. We recommend this restaurant.More

This resto did not offer reservation. When we arrived, there had already been a long lineup. We decided to check in the hotel first. When we returned, the lineup was still there. At the end, we got the table after around 20 minutes waiting time....It was not bad especially on Sat night during the high season. We went there with another families. At first, the staff told us there was no large table. But they managed to arrange two tables side by side for us. The food were delicious. The portion was large and the price was reasonable. The resto also used local special ingredients in some dishes. The staff were friendly.More

In order to get a table, good idea to go before 5:30 p.m. and no reservations are taken. Great food though!
