Went for breakfast with 4 others, they all ordered the breakfast burrito, I ordered the ham and egg sandwich on a croissant. All delicious! On a whim I ordered a sticky bun to go....best decision ever! 3 of us enjoyed pinches off that huge bun...More
I really liked this place! All in a very cool town. It's quaint, has great breakfast food and many interesting choices. Super baked goods, I'd definitely recommend, so give it a try!
So I was just driving thru southern pines and used google to find coffee shops. This was the worst coffee ever . I could not drink it and poured it out. Waste of time and energy trying to just get cup of coffee !
This small bakery and café had the most awesome French toast I’ve ever had. I would have taken a picture, but I ate it all before I had a chance. The owners were present and we are members of the culinary Institute. What they cook...More

The bakery items are always great. I love the limited breakfast menu - I dislike 20 - 30 choices. Their items are reasonably priced and tastes good. Staff is super friendly, too.
The location is quite nice on the strip of Southern Pines, with outdoor seating. The staff was courteous and helpful even at their peak Sunday brunch period. The food is very inexpensive, but is a little bland and lacking for my taste.
Enjoyed the couple that runs the Bakery and Cafe. Food is very tasty and they're really nice folks; Southern Pines is a charming village.
