Not close to home but was in the area. Heard about it from the doctors office I was at. Didn't disappoint! I ordered a couple of things to take home. Fried chicken salad..Oh my! and the Crab Cake...Cant go wrong. Cant wait to go back and try some other things.

It was delicious the one time they were open. Have attempted to dine here multiple times but irregular days/hours are frustrating. Despite their voicemail greeting that specifically indicated they were open today (12/27/16) from 7am-2pm; they were not.

Interesting if political decor--the food is really good and the service is too. The chairs and tables are old and not sturdy, the place is noisy but cheerful. Their fried chicken salad, country fried steak and seafood platter were all good. The green beans and sweet potatoes were excellent. The rolls/biscuits were nothing special, and the squash and mashed potatoes... More

We were visiting family over the holidays and enjoyed a lunch and a breakfast at Taylors. For lunch, we had crabcakes. They were good but they could have been crispier on the outside with bigger chunks of crab for the price. We also had a piece of coconut cake...possibly the best we've ever eaten. Incredibly moist and flavorful. For breakfast... More

I enjoyed a delicious blackened Caesar salad with fresh home made croutons this week for lunch. You could break the salmon with a fork didn't need a knife. My husband enjoyed a bacon cheeseburger with with French fries. He said the burger was delicious and I tasted the bacon which was wonderful and the French fried were very tasty too.... More
