We enjoyed immensely our recent dining experience at Crabby's. The new staff was prompt, courteous and friendly. The property appears freshly updated, but maintains that classic "salty" feel. Our food was served in a timely fashion and our seafood dishes were all locally harvested. I highly recommend this business.

This is a good all-around seafood joint. It is also conveniently located near many of the hotels, bungalows, and other rental spots, so many visitors are able to walk to it. Variety of seafood, ranging from typical fried American faire to cold and grilled bits. Hosts larger seating areas, so if you are travelling for business or with a large... More

Great place to go for good food. There is nothing fancy about the place but the food was good and the staff was great. They offer fresh food from local fishermen which is great!

This review is for Bill's Seafood, which is part of Crabby Oddwaters. We did not eat at Crabby's, but we did purchase what we came for -- Key Lime Pies!! Word from family members, who have been going to Sunset Beach for decades, was that Bill's Key Lime Pies are the absolute best. So, we bought several and took them... More

My wife and I drove into Calabash but the restaurants were all too busy. We came back closer to our beach house and tried this local Seafood place. The entrance is odd and on the second floor and the inside decor is a bit worn but the staff and the place is very warm. Our waitress was very pleasant and... More

Terrible service and tasteless food. If you want limp french fries, soggy breaded fish and shrimps, questionable broiled flounder and a not very good she crab soup, Crabby Oddwater is your place. I will never come back again.

Seafood/fish are very fresh as they are the only place in the area where the fresh catches come right up to the restaurant via boat! We ate at the bar, since there were just 2 of us. Bartender/server Joe greeted us immediately and was very attentive, personable and friendly. His suggestion to have the She Crab soup proved an excellent... More
