The restaurant is under new management. Our waitress (Hailey) was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the menu, meal, and prices were not what first attracted us to this restaurant two years ago. Menu is smaller, portions also smaller, and prices higher. Overall, disappointing.

We had heard the restaurant was under new management but were excited to return as it's been a long time favorite. It didn't disappoint. The food and drinks were great and after my little one fell sound asleep, the restaurant owner made special accommodations so he could rest and we could eat and enjoy our meal. The staff was friendly... More

We had anxiously been awaiting this year's Spring opening of Twin Lakes-one of our favorite Seafood Restaurants in the area. We had heard there were new owners, but were still excited to return. When arriving and enjoying a cocktail at the bar, we were told that the new owners "cleaned house" and got rid of all the old staff including... More

I thought the best part of the meal was going to be the view but I was surprised....The food was outstanding and the menu is the best in the area.

Large restaurant with a good bar and a great view over the intracoastal waterway and Bird Island. The food and service were good. I had a mixed grill that was quite good (not outstanding). The wine (I had a Riesling) was good. Music was unobtrusive. The worst part of the meal was the nasty bread substitute with cheese dip (instead... More

First time at this restaurant and the meal was very good.. They brought out a basket of hot Hush Puppies that were perfectly done. We had 2 dinners from the Senior section, Clam Strips/Shrimp with Gouda Grits, and Flounder plate. Also had the Broiled Fantail Shrimp and a Gouda and Pear Salad with Shrimp. Everyone in our party was completely... More

I had not been here in years but noticed their menu has changed and heard they have a new chef. Regardless, we were delighted that the menu accommodated our groups needs. I like crab legs and peel and eat shrimp, my husband likes blackened mahi mahi or other fish, my sister likes grilled shrimp, my mother wanted the fried calabash... More

We have been eating at Twin Lakes for over 15 years and for the past couple of visits we have been very disappointed. I will say that the word disappointing is an understatement. This very evening I had scallops and my husband had mahi mahi.. Both dishes were not of good quality, over cooked and very unappetizing. We do not recommend... More

I've been to this area of the coast 3 times now, and Twin Lakes is CONSISTENTLY the best place to eat fresh seafood. I've eaten here at least 6 times in 3 years and the food is always fresh, hot, and fantastic. Best crab cakes, hands down. Servers are always friendly, polite, and attentive. You should DEFINITELY eat here!

Went with longtime friends in town visiting. Twin Lakes did no disappoint. One guest had crab cake sandwich, which she said was awesome. Another guess and tbe Seniors seafood player, which he found very good. I myself choose the seniors. The clam strips are fried. I did get my scrimp snd flounder broiled. Very good. As with any seniors choice,... More
