The wait staff is friendly and our waitress was delightfully funny. We sat outside and enjoyed the breeze and the sunset near the water. Highly recommend eating here.

The salmon and flounder were overcooked and dry. Their version of shrimp cocktail is a dish full of soggy rock shrimp.

It was a challenge to find a seafood restaurant that was open on Sunday and prepared food in some other way than fried. I took a party of 12 golfers to Twin Lakes and we filled the little veranda overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Our waitress...More

Hush puppies, coleslaw and oilcloth on the tables give it a casual feel. The seafood was good but the entrees cost as much and more than at the Parson's Table and La Cucina Italian Grill which were superior in every way.

Description
After 46 years, Ronnie and Clarice Holden decided it was time to share their love of Twin Lakes with their friends, The Watkins. In February of 2017 they began the new Twin Lakes By The Sea and it started to evolve into a year round restaurant with a southern flair added to it with some of Alysa's competition winning dishes added to the new menu. Now guests from all over the country can still get the best in Carolina cuisine with the Southern hospitality (coastal style) ...come add a little paradise to your evening at Twin Lakes By The Sea...where sunsets are always complimentary. Come dine on our new outdoor deck! Now open for lunch.
