This restaurant has good country cooking! We ate here for lunch and it was very tasty. You get a meat with two vegetables. The liver and onions and the country style steak were both very good. My husband said the collards were some of the best he's ever had.

Very good food at very good prices. Shrimp was fried but not heavy. Very attentive staff. Had about a 30 minute wait on a Friday night at 6:00.

Wonderful home cooked meals. Go early because this restaurant is so popular it gets crowded and a line forms. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Hadnt been since they remodled. Love it. But always loved the antiques also. Turkey and Dressing never disappoints. Best ever. My guest had Flounder was was exceptional. Portion size great for price. Usually on top of refills but this visit has to wait whole meal. Still this place is great hands down.

We stopped in here for lunch. The chicken fried sandwich/fries covered in gravy was good and filling! It was very cold inside the restaurant since the air conditioning was on even though it was only 65 outside. We will be back since we did enjoy the food but will dress accordingly since we know how cold it will be.

Great food, great service, and Low, Low prices makes this restaurant a MUST when you are in the Myrtle Beach/Calabash area. Had a spectacular turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and sweet tea for LESS THAN $9.00!!!! It felt like it was Thanksgiving in February!

Love the veggies and the seafood combo. Too salty though, especially the collard greens. Homemade sauces are delicious. Very reasonably priced and good service.

I have been here many times with my family and have never been disappointed. Huge salads, southern cooking and seafood dishes are all terrific. This is a small restaurant and there is sometimes a wait, but it is well worth waiting for. The servers are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter loves the enormous cobb salad and I usually order... More
