I have their bronco burger twice a week. Amazing fresh, fat juicy hamburgers with great ingredients. Try the Bronco Burger, about a half pound of delicious beef with BBQ sauce, grilled onions and fresh jalapenos. Order at the truck and they deliver it to you table inside the pub. Oh, and the previous reviewer, peachstt04, won't go back because even... More

Don't you dare pass thru town and not stop to enjoy a burger. For real. DON'T miss out. Best veggie burger in town (lentil). Meat burger draw folks from neighboring counties. Its that good. The prices are very reasonable and as if all that isn't enough...Innovation Brewing is just a few steps away. There is no better way (for food... More

I have been supporting this little food truck since they served breakfast and lunch on Southwestern Community Colleges campus. Now they have moved on up in the world and parked next to Innovation Brewery on Main street. Their menu has expanded and become more complex and flavorful. They have healthy vegan and vegetarian options as well as carnivore lover options.... More

The Cosmic Carryout is the standard food truck at Innovation Brewing. They have regular items on the menu along with some specials. I had their cheeseburger which was loaded with condiments and cheese. It tasted like angus beef and was one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. Someone else in our party had the chicken, black bean and pumpkin... More

Had a really delicious burger with my brew from Innovation. It was a Bacon Black and Bleu burger with perfect caramelized onions. LOTS of Bleu, and a little bit was browned up on the griddle and made a really delicious bite. My wife had a Cobb salad wrap and it was busting with all the components of a good Cobb.... More

Their food is organic and delicious. I do wish they had more vegetarian on the menu and would use sweet potato fries instead of while potatoes. Their prices are a little high as they do not have much overhead. You order at the food truck then they bring the food to you. They are located on the Innovation Brewing property.

While driving through town on Memorial Day, every restaurant was closed. Starving we stopped by the CCO. I ordered the bronco burger, seriously the best burger I've ever eaten! I'll definitely travel back through here sometime and stop by!

Hands down, Cosmic Carry Out has the best burgers in western North Carolina for a very good price. I eat there regularly and am never disappointed. Their tacos, fries, and specials are great too! The service is fast and friendly, the food is high quality, and the atmosphere--an outdoor patio shared with Innovation Brewing (great beer and live music!), overlooking... More
