Pretty average greasy diner food, they do make a lot of it in house though. If you are looking for American cuisine that is affordable, this is your place! It is pretty average, but the portions are large and will fill you up.

The Coffee Shop served a very adequate breakfast at a reasonable price. An average breafast joint in an area with very few choices.
As noted by others, this is a rather run down old place, and the eggs, grits and coffee were not particularly good. It gets decent amount of local traffic as it's the only diner-type place in this otherwise chi-chi downtown.
