This is a cute little micro brewery with an awesome stout, Black Forest Stout. Sheryl was great and gave me a tour and explained the brewing process. Very nice stop.

Almost went past the brewery thinking it was closed, but had a great surprise when Cheryl came out to greet us. The atmosphere is pleasant & the beer was great. Appreciated the conversation making us feel like we were long time friends.

Heinzelmannchen Brewery was established in 2004 on the Back Street or Mill Street of Downtown Sylva. We offer locally made Soft Pretzels with Pints, Flights and Growlers to go of our brewed on site Craft Beer & Non-Alcoholic Soda. You are welcome to bring in take out from surrounding eateries or bring in your own picnic. We also carry glassware and other souvenir items. Our Bier Halle is Kid and Pet Friendly!
