This restaurant is awful!! The service is horrible. I ordered my food and waited 30 minutes never got my foot...inquired about it...the waitress snapped on me about how busy they were ...so then I asked about my food again after another 20 minutes and when...I asked about my food she said I could take my black butt out of the restaurant and never come back!! The guy who was the manager I assume did nothing about it!! I could not believe this type of service and I was very calm when I asked so in the end I never got my food!!! BEWARE!!More

Warrenton is a small town near Lake Gaston and has charming shops to browse through on Main Street. And prominently, at the center, is Milano's. As the name suggests, it is an Italian restaurant. I can't speak to the varied menu items, because when we...go, it is always for pizza. The pizza is fantastic! Lots of topping options, several choices for size of pizza. Not greasy, crust not too thin or too thick...just right. The restaurant occupies a space that could have been a grand ballroom with expansive ceilings covered in intricate tin panels, hardwood flooring and a general air of grandeur from a time long ago. We were in Warrenton, North Carolina, for their Fright Night Festival at the Courthouse Square, on Saturday, October 22, 2016, we were hungry to have a late lunch so we stopped into Milano's Italian Restaurant there on Main Street. The building is very historical and...so it feels like eating back in time, if you love History and Historical Buildings you'll love the interior of this Restaurant, it is clean, comfortable, but not "plush", and very spacious. The Staff were very welcoming to their customers and looked to please. The Menu was with a lot to choose on, and the prices were very reasonable. We enjoyed our meal when we received it, and was satisfied. We do recommend this Restaurant for a tasty meal with good service and reasonable prices, and certainly for eating in a place with a historical feel to it. The Italian pasta dishes at Milano's are delicious, as is the pizza. Everything is so good that the only missing quality is being "no-calorie"!
Overlook the store front, the dated five and dime interior and prepare yourself for really good Italian fare. We don't have a lot to choose from in Warrenton but Milanos would be my pick for Italian given other options. Their sauce is so good it...would stand alone with Breadsticks. Add it to lasagna served in an individual dish, layered with piping hot cheese and it's some of the best around. Put it on hand tossed pizza crust with numerous topping choices and they have another winner. Great place for lunch with friends, date night with hubby or takeout. Who cares about decor when the food is this good?More
I have visited often. A great place to grab a bite to eat if you are traveling along 401 or 158 in Warrenton. Great food, reasonable prices and good service. It is a 'local joint' which has been in business a long time. I eat...there every time I am in the area. Good choice.More
Downtown Warrenton...quaint old place with good Italian fare. Popular local eatery. Have only had the salads but understand from friends that frequent the place that the food is good. Givve it a try!
Previous visits to this place were during daytime and the service and food were good. We have been trying to support more Warrenton businesses, so we decided to give this place a try one Sunday evening. Sorry to say the service for non-existent, so we...left. For what ever the reason, the server didn't come over. At this visit, I couldn't tell you how the food was. It was a disappointment. We left and went to Matzatlan.More
The food is excellent! The service is fast and friendly! I enjoy the pizza! The pasta is cooked perfectly! The staff is very friendly.
This place has a great cheese steak sandwich and I like mine with onions and bell peppers. I am sure they have many other things to offer but I just love the cheese steak sandwiches.
This locally owned eatery offers great food with eat-in and take-out dining. We take out often. They are closed on Tuesdays.
Milano's has been my Warrenton, NC mainstay for lunch. I have eaten lunch here the majority of time but, I have also eaten dinner here. Lunch portions are generous if yyou get pasta meal. You will need a take home box. Pizza is good and...the grilled or fired chicken salad are good. There is also a grilled shrimp salad that is just as good. Menu has some variety but, could stand a "reboot" The ambiance is lacking but, the appearance is not representative of the food. it is a place where you can get away from the office stressors and chill out for a a lunch break. Milano's is a good value. There are not too many choices here in Warrenton, NC for dining but, this is definitely one of the main choices.More
