We stopped by after visiting Old Salem and loved this bakery. I ordered the quiche, which had a wonderful crust worthy of any great dessert pie, buttery and flaky, and it had layers of egg, sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese. I also ordered a pre-prepared apple and brie sandwich for the road. The wife also enjoyed the pear, arugula... More

Best Quiche that I've ever had anywhere. Great for group gatherings and family holidays. Need to order 48 hours in advance.

I like this place. The coffee is great and brewed at the perfect temperature taste. The pastries are awesome! The service is good. I just wish they had more seating.

Locals you need to try it, visitors go early in your visit, you'll want to go back. Funky little Bakery & Coffee. No matter what day, what time, whatever, it's always busy. Great pastries, artisan breads, light meals, coffee, wine, beer.

I have a special affection for this place. The calm atmosphere with large windows to view the city is a perfect place for a coffee date. Not to mention their London fog is delicious!

The TED is my favorite sandwich, but they have about 4-5 different options, all off the beaten path. Good coffee and pastries. Would highly recommend. Not much seating, but much of the traffic is "pick up" so there is usually space.

I have visited Camino Bakery several times and usually purchase more than I anticipate. This visit I kept it to one item; the German chocolate cake. Which was delicious. The cake was tasty and moist, the icing just right in creaminess and flavor. My friend had the coconut cake which she said was delicious as well and perfectly done. My... More

First let me preface, that it is not often that you can find this many options for gluten free bakery items and desserts, practically anywhere. However it often comes, with an unfortunate catch. The food was fantastic! Plenty of options, so many that we saw more even after we had delved into what we ordered (a gluten free raspberry almond tart).... More

Chose this place based on TripAdvisor reviews, and we weren't disappointed! Many tasty bakery choices, very friendly staff, every coffee choice imaginable. My husband wants to drive back to Winston-Salem just to have another sticky bun! We will definitely stop here again whenever we're nearby.

Thank Karen L
