It took me 4 visits before I got a great meal. That said, the Pene Vodka (with chicken) is fire. Be sure to try it out.

As a Jersey Girl born and raised, I pride myself on knowing the staples that have been perfected in my home state such as bagels, taylor ham and various, delicious breakfast sandwiches on a kaiser roll & PIZZA! That said, if you want your pizza Jersey-style this is where you get it. The owner adds his own touch of nostalgia... More

Great Italian food. Large menu! Waitress was very knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. Generous portions.

For pizza, subs or family Italian fare, this is the go-to place in Winston-Salem. All of the above are very good but the real claim to fame for Elizabeth's is a truly great, Philly style Cheesesteak. I grew up in Philly and can tell you without equivocation that this is the best place in the state for the very famous... More

The ambience is not great but the food, prices, and service are. If you are looking for a decent Italian meal without a fancy sit down, you consider this place. The fries are not oily. The Calzone is awesome because of the cheese they use in it. The veal parmigiana sandwich is loaded with veal.

What a nice place to eat. We were in town for a Convention and were staying close by. Everything was so fresh. The young man that greeted us was so friendly. We would definitley go back.

This is a great place to go on Saturday night when u don't want to spend $100 on a meal....they offer 1/2 price bottles of wine, we order the large antipasto salad & split a entree, the chicken fiorentina is excellent, a bottle of wine & a couple of beers and our bill is around $45.00 ...Nothing fancy just good... Come hungry! The calzones are incredible and HUGE, the stromboli is delicious, the eggplant parmagiana is MASSIVE and really well done (traditional, too - it's just a massive plate of eggplant!), gnocchi and other pastas are well executed, the sauces are great, the bread is good, the salads are good, the service is always good, and the prices are cheap.... At the Joyce Meyer Event at LJVM Complex across the street. Very busy for lunch. Grabbed two slices (cheese and pepperoni)to go, Employees were nice did not have a lot of free time to talk. I tried to stay out of the way. Pizza was hot and very good. Paid $5.35 for the pizza. Would gladly like to go back... More
