Close to the beach, Roberts isn't the true grocery store it used to be, but they still offer great fried chicken and chicken salad!

Spent the week at Wrightsville Beach and stopped by Roberts Market a couple times to grab a sandwich. The sandwiches are very good, with fresh baked bread, and everything is reasonably priced. Yes the Chicken Salad is as good as people say, but so are the cookies. There's no place to sit down, but why would you sit inside.... you're... More

Delightful grocery store with deli inside. Grab a chicken salad(Devine)sandwich for the beach! Good selection of wines and a bakery full of temptations. Oh and did I say the chicken salad is Devine?? Yes it is.

Roberts has some basic supplies needed at the beach--but it also makes biscuits that are amazing. Its chicken salad is legendary--and for New Jersey ex-pats they also sell Taylors Ham! Roberts is a institution in Wrightsville Beach.

We stopped while staying in Wrightsville beach mainly to try the ice cream sandwiches I read so much about on here. And yes they are fabulous !!!! I really recommend trying the traditional one. We tried 3 kinds and liked this one best. Also tried a sub with the chicken salad and it was very good. They seem to have... More

We got deli sandwiches at Roberts Market on multiple days. They were fresh and tasty with lots of choices for fillings. Throughout the store they have a little bit of everything - food, frozen food, dairy, beverages, bread, cakes, cookies, chips, cleaning products, sun screen, etc. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. And the store is super clean.

I did not actually visit the restaurant but I heard how "great" the chicken salad was and you could get it at Harris Teeter. Ok, well... it's a small container for $8.99. very overpriced. the first couple bites I had had a chicken bone in it and that could be very dangerous for little kids. the taste of it is... More

This place has it all. We stopped in every morning to pick up a great coffee, a freshly made breakfast biscuit and ate it on the beach..Best views for breakfast ever! They have anything you need but being the only place on the island to provide this services prices are a little high. Stop a Food Lion or HT on... More

Great crab salad. Ice cream sandwich to die for. Free parking across the street. We went back a few times, one on our bike ride. It's the place to pick up supplies you forgot or just to find find fun stuff. Oh, and try a donut!
