Heard raves about the fish and chips so had to try them. Wow they are amazing! Huge order 3 large pieces of fish (lightly battered), tons of fries, coleslaw and a roll for a reasonable price. Too much food, couldn’t eat it all. Will try...More
The Hitchin Post is a drive-in only - no seating! Best to phone ahead and place your order so you can drive over and pick it up without standing in the line up! Very fresh and tasty food and the BEST fresh fruit milkshakes anywhere!...More
Stopped by the Hitchin Post in High river yesterday October 6th for lunch. Home made burgers everyday till they run it. Fries, deep fried mushrooms, onion rings are delicious and don’t forget the real strawberry milkshake. Well worth the drive for a great meal.

The prices are very reasonable compared to chain restaraunts...well worth the stop. Cheers
