Well, I am beyond disappointed,
The items we wanted to order apparently were from the old menu and the menu hadn't been updated yet, so instead of a sirloin steak which would have been 40 bucks they offered a flat iron steak, okay no problem,...then the wings we ordered they said we couldn't have for they have one flavor of wing.... Okay no problem. Place the order then, realized we have no idea what this is going to cost for items we didn't really want in the first place, so we decided just to cancel because we still wanted to hit the hot springs and we were told the restaurant was super busy, when I called back to cancel, I was told that my food was already on the grill, this wasn't even ten minutes after I placed the order, so he wouldn't allow me to cancel. Okay, not the way you run a business, but fine I'll suck it up, then we get the call to grab our food, because they don't actually have room service like it says on the website, my husband went to pick it up, he comes back with 6 chicken wings and a measly little steak with no side which cost us $80.00. I am disgusted. I went to the manager and complained and I was told to e mail the general manager and they would get back to me within a few days. I have also taken photos of this $80.00 "gourmet" meal and shame on u guys, I have worked many years as a chef and even more years in the customer service industry and I am beyond disgustedMore
